For the past 8 years, I have been actively sharing knowledge and helping people around the world reach a healthy weight, establish nutritious eating habits for high vitality and longevity, and maintain beautiful and healthy skin. I am a living example of how a change in lifestyle and diet can be inspirational.

With My Own Health Issues
At the age of 13, I suddenly found that my favorite jeans wouldn’t fasten, and I began to have acne—a problem I would later understand more deeply. By the age of 20, I had cured the anemia I had been living with for years, which fueled my passion to study nutrition in more depth. In addition to anemia, I always had a complex relationship with food; I often indulged in flour-based foods and overate. Given my genetic predisposition towards obesity, this led to weight fluctuations. I tried numerous diets, which felt more like tormenting my body, as I would lose weight only to regain it. At some point, I decided this was no longer acceptable. I began to deeply study nutrition and cultivate love and respect for my body—a learning process that continues to this day and is vital for any specialist in my field.

It’s not just about what we eat, but how we eat. Eating in a rush or thinking, “I don’t have time to eat properly,” isn’t a way to show love and respect for oneself. In addition to proper nutrition, other aspects of a lifestyle are crucial: aligning with the seasons, normalizing circadian rhythms, managing stress, controlling inflammation, ensuring quality sleep, and many more. These all fall within my expertise, and I can guide you towards balance and harmony in each of these areas.
