Personal Nutrition Support

Online nutrition consultation for calmer everyday eating

Sometimes you do not need another list of food rules. You need space to look at how you actually eat, how your week really works and which changes would feel realistic in your own kitchen.

In a private online consultation, we look at your everyday food habits, routines, preferences and goals and turn them into practical next steps. My role is to offer calm, food-first educational support — not medical treatment or a restrictive diet plan.

Completing the questionnaire is the first step. It does not confirm a booking or take payment. I will contact you by email to discuss suitability, current availability, the fee and a possible time.

A different starting point

A practical conversation, not a perfect meal plan

Food advice can sound simple on paper and feel much more complicated in everyday life. Time, work, family routines, preferences, shopping habits and energy all influence what is actually possible.

A consultation gives us room to look at that full picture. Instead of trying to replace your entire way of eating, we identify a small number of useful priorities and shape them into steps that can fit your real life.

Is it for me?

When a personal consultation may be useful

A consultation may be useful if…

  • You understand some nutrition principles but find them difficult to apply consistently.
  • Your weekly eating feels improvised, repetitive or unnecessarily stressful.
  • You would like help organising meals, shopping and preparation around your real routine.
  • General guides do not answer the practical questions specific to your household.
  • You want a calm second perspective on your everyday food habits.
  • You prefer realistic, gradual changes rather than a restrictive programme.

A guide may be enough if…

  • You are mainly looking for recipes or general information on one topic.
  • You are comfortable choosing and implementing changes independently.
  • You want to explore Olga’s approach before requesting personal support.
  • You do not need an individual review of your routines or food habits.
What we can work on

Turning nutrition knowledge into an everyday rhythm

  1. Meal rhythm

    Look at how meals currently fit into your working day, family life, appetite and energy, and identify where greater structure may be helpful.

  2. Shopping and preparation

    Build a more practical approach to shopping lists, kitchen staples, seasonal ingredients, preparation and reducing last-minute food decisions.

  3. Variety and meal ideas

    Explore realistic ways to add more variety, balanced combinations and useful meal ideas without creating an unnecessarily complicated menu.

  4. Habits that can last

    Choose a small number of changes that feel achievable and understand how to maintain them without perfection or an all-or-nothing mindset.

Your nutritionist

A food-first approach shaped by real life

I’m Olga Ugrymova — a nutritionist, food coach and author. For the past twelve years, I have shared practical nutrition knowledge and helped people build more sustainable relationships with everyday food.

My approach combines nutrition education with real cooking, seasonal ingredients and realistic habits. I do not believe that healthy eating should require a perfect routine, an extreme diet or a completely separate menu for every member of the family.

A consultation is one part of that work: a personal conversation designed to help you organise what you already know and identify practical next steps.

Clear boundaries

What the consultation does — and does not — provide

Educational support can include

  • discussing everyday food habits and routines;
  • practical meal and shopping organisation;
  • general nutrition education;
  • recipe and ingredient ideas;
  • supporting gradual, sustainable food habits.

The consultation does not include

  • medical diagnosis or treatment;
  • medication recommendations or changes;
  • interpretation of laboratory tests;
  • treatment of eating disorders;
  • urgent health advice;
  • therapeutic meal plans for medical conditions;
  • replacing a doctor, registered dietitian or other regulated healthcare professional.
Important
Nutrition consultations offered by Olga Ugrymova are educational nutrition support. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, experience unexplained symptoms or follow a therapeutic diet, please speak with an appropriate healthcare professional.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I request a consultation?
Begin by completing the intake questionnaire. I will review your answers and contact you by email to discuss whether the consultation is suitable, current availability, the fee and a possible time. Completing the questionnaire is not a confirmed booking.
How long is the first consultation?
A first consultation usually lasts around 60 minutes so there is enough time to discuss your current routine, food habits and priorities without rushing.
Where does the consultation take place?
The consultation takes place online through a private video conversation. The specific call details are confirmed by email before the appointment.
What happens after the consultation?
I send a written summary and the practical food or routine ideas discussed during the call so you can return to them afterwards.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Complete the intake questionnaire as honestly as you feel comfortable. You do not need to create a perfect food diary or change your routine before the conversation.
Is filling in the questionnaire a booking?
No. The questionnaire is an initial request and gives me the context needed to review whether the service appears suitable. Availability, fee and appointment details are confirmed separately by email.
Is this medical care?
No. The consultation is educational nutrition support and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Can you diagnose, prescribe medication or interpret laboratory tests?
No. Diagnosis, medication, laboratory interpretation and treatment belong with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Should I begin with a PDF or a consultation?
A free guide or an article from the nutrition blog may be enough when you want general information and are comfortable applying it independently. A consultation may be useful when you would like an individual conversation about how those ideas fit your real routine.
