How to request a refund

If you experience a problem with your download or believe a product is not as described, contact olga@ugrymova.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order details and a short description of the issue.

Consultations

Consultation bookings can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Refunds for unused sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
